Who is ready for Spring?! Me, ME! Today is the second shoot in a row we've had to do inside the loft. Boo! The first one was because this past weekend was cold and rainy and yesterday because it's dark when I leave work. I can't wait for the days of daylight until 8:00... and warm weather!

Enough complaining. Today I decided to get a bit more girly on the blog. I found this dress at Target for $8. Yep, $8! How great is that?! I thought I was going to wear it to my company Christmas party and then decided against it. Now wearing it for the photos, I definitely wish I would have. I like how girly it made me feel.

Of course I had to pair it with my gray flower necklace (sorry if you're sick of it) and my Jessica Simpson booties. I think the dress would look great with some black strappy heels or wedges, can't wait to try that out in the... wait for it... SPRING! I also think a cobalt blue clutch would look killer with this outfit. Cobalt blue can be paired with a lot, I think, so I may be on the hunt for one sometime in the near future. I really need to expand my purse/clutch collection. Chris would probably disagree.

Today I've linked up over at Walking in Memphis in High Heels for the Trend Spin link-up featuring HEELS. Go check it out, you may find a new way to style your favorite pumps! As always, thanks so much for reading. Have a great week!

  2. True story: I bought that dress on sale at Target a while ago when I was supposed to be on a shopping hiatus. I felt so guilty that two days later I returned it. Now I see it on you and I wish I had kept it! You look amazing;)

    1. No way, seriously?! That's crazy! Wish you would have kept it also... it would have been fun seeing the different ways we would have styled it. And thank you!
