Hey friends! Hope everyone had an incredible weekend. I had Friday off and now I know what Chris feels like every week... it's awesome having an extra day for the weekend! What made it even better is that the weather was quite great in Dallas again (minus the 100 mph winds), yippee!

Today's post pretty much sums up how great the weather was. I've posted about these pants before, but it was aimed towards a chilly, fall day. This on the other hand is for warmer weather. Eek! It's such an easy outfit to throw together and it's so comfortable. I went shopping with my sister later in the day and felt like I was in PJs. What's better than that?!

Let's keep it real though, I got my necklace on Harry Hines (if you don't know what Harry Hines is... well, it's kinda the hood, ha!) and I swear half of my hair got caught in that necklace. I don't even wanna know how much hair it ripped out. Needless to say, it was eventually stuffed in my purse.

Last thing about this outfit, the fedora hat. I hope these stick around this spring/summer. They are so easy to wear and even more perfect when you don't feel like washing your hair. Am I right girls?!

Anyway, hope you all had a fabulous weekend. We've been in the process of buying a house which is beyond stressful. I'll be glad once it's all over... as long as we're moving into a house. :) Make it a great week!

Until next time...

  2. Great outfit, I love the leopard pants and hat. You also picked the perfect background to capture the look. I've had necklaces like that too. What ladies endure for fashion right?

  3. Oh no! Getting hair ripped out by jewelry is the worst. I got some ripped out by a mean zipper today. Our hairs can weep together.

Those leopard pants are too cool. And I'm envious of your warm weather!

Thank you! And the weather only lasted that day, we had a nice storm on Monday. Haha. Crazy Texas weather.
