Well friends, this is one my #nsale purchases. I meant to share this last week, but the top was completely sold out, so that's no fun.

If you follow me on Insta you know that I posted about it yesterday (last day to snag it on sale!), because it was back in stock, but only in the black and rust colors. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about this one, but I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised.

The twist detail at the bottom and the oversized sleeves are great! If you have a long torso, it may not be the top for you. My torso is quite short and I still needed to pair it with high-rise jeans. If not, I would have been sportin' a crop top, and I ain't 'bout that life!

It's a great top to wear for work, but equally as fun to wear out. I felt like it needed a little edge, so I paired it with my new favorite distressed denim and lace-ups. These shoes are from my first shoe purchase from none other than.... Target!

Meagan from Because of Jackie is always raving about the shoe department at Target and I just never gave it the time of day. After she posted about it a few times I knew I had to check it out.

Found these, for less than $30 (!) and I am in love. They are Dolce Vita for Target... and I can't. I'll be hitting up Target's shoes more often. Thanks, Meagan!

Also, I'm sure I've mentioned this before, but it's been a while. This necklace is from my monthly Rocksbox. Have you heard of it? Similar to Birchbox and Ipsy... it's a monthly subscription for jewelry. It costs $19/month and it's incredible. You can keep your box as long as you want, or you can wear your stuff and send it back in three days. No timeline associated and they always send you a new box within a week of sending your old one back.

If you haven't tried it and would like to, you can use signingstephXOXO at checkout for one month free! It's worth a shot.

Anyway, aside from fashion - Chris and I decided to set up an at-home gym this weekend. We've been talking about it for a while and finally pulled the trigger.

Our first work out was yesterday and we were dying. Ha! Out of shape much?

All that matters is that we have a gym and we're attempting to work out. Kudos, yeah?!

Hope you have a great Monday! Thanks for reading!

  1. Ha, that's a happy surprise to be posted on here, I'm honored! And Target does have awesome, on point, and on trend shoes. I think their sandals, dress shoes and trendier items (fringe sandals anyone) are the best, because who wants to splurge on those? And my fave fringe boots are from there circa 2014, I LOVE them, Target, I love you;) Also, I'm jealous I didn't get this top! I had to stop somewhere after splurging a bit too much, ha.

    1. Haha, well, you did get me in the Target shoe section and I love what I found! About the Nordstrom sale - right?! I held back on so many items because I thought I was going a little click crazy and had way too much in my cart. I'm kind of regretting that now!

  2. That's my favorite top from the sale, but I didn't get it because it doesn't fit with a baby bump. Now I'm wishing I would have gotten it and saved it for after I have my baby. I agree, Target as some killer shoes!

  3. super cute! and target is a great place for styles that knock off steve madden (no joke) I was in target last week and then steve madden the following and saw 3 veryyyyy similar pairs of shoes - for 1/3-1/4 the price. I check there if I know an item is trendy and fun and not going to last years

    1. This is so true! I could have gotten at least two or three more pairs while I was at Target. It's perfect for the trendier pieces!
