It's my birthday today! Yep, good 'ole 27. I'm still not quite sure how I feel about it yet. I feel like I should be turning 25... seriously! It's true what they say. The older you get, the faster time goes by.
I thought I would be celebrating with a crazy night out with my friends, but I just settled with a nice dinner date with the hubs. It was fun and relaxing, just what I needed. Plus, he let me open my gifts a day early! Doesn't get any better than that.
Usually Chris gets me a purse (he's actually really good at picking them out), but this year I sent him a few links to things that I have been lusting over. And I got them! I'm never sure if he'll actually get what I ask for or do his own thing. I was surprised and still equally excited even though I sent everything to him. Below are the goodies.

This kimono from Windsor... mine is actually solid black with white design, but very similar. I'm excited to layer it on with the cool weather!
This sweater, also from Windsor. I love the color and it will be so easy to style a few different ways.
And lastly, from Chris... these boots! I love them.
I also got some new eyeshadow from Chris's parents, what girl doesn't love new makeup?!
I can't wait to go shopping for some more goodies, thanks to my parents for the birthday cash. Have I mentioned I love birthdays?! Maybe 27 isn't so bad after all. :) Happy Sunday!
