It's officially Fall, yay! This is my favorite time of the year for many reasons.
One, my anniversary is at the end of this month. It'll be three years already! My birthday and blog anniversary are at the beginning of October and then it's Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Not to mention that there are a ton of birthdays for friends and family from now until the end of year. So much to celebrate!
The cooler weather is right around the corner - fall colors, pumpkin spice lattes (no judgement), sweaters, fall candles, pumpkins, boots, scarves... ahh, the list goes on!
As you can see, I couldn't help but pull out my flannel even if it's paired with shorts. Actually that's the only way you can wear it right now in Dallas, it's still in the 90s. I'm hoping the temps drop in the near, very near future.
I love pairing flannels with a striped tee. There's something about the mix of patterns that I'm drawn to. It was no different this past weekend. I thought I'd sass it up a bit with a bold lip. This is one of my new and favorite colors for fall. I'll be sharing more on my top lip colors for Fall on Friday... stay tuned!
Anyway, this flannel would also look great with skinny jeans and booties or over the top of a cute maxi dress. So many options, as usual. But my favorite - boyfriend jeans, booties and a beanie. That will also be coming back to the blog. One of my favorite looks styled with boyfriend jeans and a beanie from last Fall is here. Can't wait to recreate it.
